The Levitating Woman is a combination of two different photos: the background was photographed first without the model, and the second photo was taken afterwards with the model in the shot. To create the levitation illusion, the model was asked to lie down on a stool with her dress draped strategically to hide it. The stool was then removed in editing to create the levitation effect.
